Lourenzá → Abadín
A stage of the Camino del Norte
This 23.5 km moderate stage on the Camino del Norte pushes deeper into Galicia's green interior, with a substantial 488 metres of ascent against just 87 metres of descent, making it one of the more demanding climbing days on the later part of the Norte. The trail winds through quiet farming hamlets, forested hillsides, and open upland moors that characterise inland Galicia at its most rural. Abadín is a small and functional village; an early finish is welcome before continuing the following day.
